Viet-American Foundation is a group of friends dedicated to making a positive impact in the Washington metropolitan, Maryland and Virginia area. Through our collaborative efforts, we strive to create meaningful change and improve the lives of those in need.
Our mission is to cultivate the virtues of Nhân (Benevolence), Nghĩa (Righteousness), Trí (Wisdom), and Dũng (Courage) through practical actions and activities. We believe that with good dignity, society will be good.

At Viet-American, we believe in the power of grassroots initiatives to create positive change. Our volunteer-based, non-hierarchical structure allows individuals to gain experience, skills, and training dignity while making a difference in their communities.

January
COMMEMORATION OF THE BATTLE OF PARACEL ISLANDS, 1974: A solemn ceremony is held every year on January 19 to express gratitude and commemorate the 75 heroic soldiers of the Republic of Vietnam Army fighting to protect the Hoang Sa islands.
February
COMMEMORATION OF THE VICTIMS OF THE VIET CONG MASSACRE, 1968: Commemorating the tens of thousands of people who were brutally murdered by the Viet Cong during the Lunar New Year holidays in 1968.
March
VIETNAM WAR VETERANS APPRECIATION DAY: Join the Veterans of Foreign Wars group in Falls Church for a gathering on March 29 - recognized as Vietnam War Veterans Day, to thank and pay tribute to veterans of the Vietnam War.

COMMEMORATION OF THE "QUỐC HẬN", April 30, 1975: Either organize orparticipate in organizing a ceremony to commemorate the "Quốc Hận" April 30, 1975.
