COMMEMORATION OF THE BATTLE OF PARACEL ISLANDS, 1974: A solemn ceremony is held every year on January 19 to express gratitude and commemorate the 75 heroic soldiers of the Republic of Vietnam Army fighting to protect the Hoang Sa islands.

COMMEMORATION OF THE VICTIMS OF THE VIET CONG MASSACRE, 1968: Commemorating the tens of thousands of people who were brutally murdered by the Viet Cong during the Lunar New Year holidays in 1968.
